We don’t only drill concrete, brick, block and tarmac – we recently completed large contracts in Birmingham and Sheffield on which as well as carrying out day to day
Diamond Drilling works we also drilled a series of holes between 25mm and 150mm diameter through existing and new steel beams, these holes were formed using a Mag Drill.
Back in 2016 we were presented with the problem of drilling holes of up to 178mm diameter through a major bridge steel which was up to 100mm thick, for this we adapted several standard Diamond Drilling rigs to take both the Mag Drill and Diamond Drill.
